  1. Cancellation Policy
    a. We aim to be flexible where possible. However as a small cruise business we can accept a maximum of 12 passengers and our tours are often fully booked. If you need to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible to give us the opportunity to re-sell your place to other guests.
    b. We do reserve the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:
    Cancellation within 24 hours of a cruise - 100% feec
    Cancellation within 3 days of a tour - 50% fee
    Cancellation outside 3 days of tour - no fee
  2. Accessibility
    a. Boarding facility is via the Dover Wharf. Passengers must be prepared to descend a ladder of up to 5 steps to board the “Indian Coast” vessel.
  3. Pricing
    a. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST
  4. Alteration to tour itinerary
    a. Your safety and comfort are of the utmost importance. We reserve the right to cancel or vary the itinerary for any trip and will incur no liability for any such cancellation or alteration
  5. Service of alcohol
    a. Peninsula Cruising is licensed for responsible service of alcohol.
